Sweetened with Stevia, a plant w/no calories, and no artificial sweeteners. The chocolate is excellent and the caramel is too. 3 types, milk squares, dark chocolate caramel and milk crispy rice. Nice variety, if you like Lily's, you will love how all Russell Stover suger free is all naturally sweetened.

These are fantastic. I gave some to my parents, neither one called it out as sugar free. Considering caramel is mainly, if not only, pure sugar I find that and these candies to be impressive. I mention the portion thing because I don't want anyone to make the mistake of thinking that these are okay to grab a bunch of at once. They will hurt you, gastrointestinal-ly. (Plus they're not low cal just sugar free.) Stick to the recommended amount though, and you're golden.
