I buy these for a stray that's been coming around for almost 10 years. One can last almost week. I weigh out 2 oz and mix with 1/2 cup dry, add hot water and make a slurry. She eats it all. Some of my neighbors moved out over the years and left their cats behind (I'd like to give them a piece of my mind!), so I leave a small bowl with some pate out for them, about half a can, as well as kibble that I leave out at all times on my porch along with water.
