Goes down easily, no fishy anything, and it works!
When my cardiologist recommended I take 1000mg/day of an omega-3 supplement I headed to the Walmart pharmacy for a supply. Later, at home, I was taken aback by the somewhat large gel capsules that looked almost too big to swallow. However, I tried one and it went down without a problem, maybe thanks to its smooth oval shape. After taking no more than a half dozen, swallowing one is no more difficult than taking a low-dose asperin. In fact, I usually take all of my evening meds, which includes one 500 mg omega-3 capsule, at once. That's five in all, and they all go down at the same time with a swallow of water. I've been taking these for almost two years and, according to my doctor, my omega-3 levels are perfect. I have never noticed a fishy taste or odor. I plan to continue using the product.
