easy way to stay healthy

I saw a video that said I will be losing muscle mass as I get older and these amino acids are supposed to slow the loss. I'm already having trouble standing up. I can get up from a chair okay but if I happen to bend down or stoop for any reason, I have to grab something to help me stand. That is not fun. I can't say that these are completely helping out of it's the exercises I'm doing but my legs seem less weak and I can stand up more easily, which is always a good thing.
