Yummy vegetable fried rice!

I made vegetable fried rice using these and it turned out perfect! I cooked the rice the night before and let it sit in the refrigerator before turning the heat up in the kitchen the next day! I added scrambled eggs, soy sauce and rice vinegar. A little salt and pepper and garlic seasoning- voila!

I been a fan of peas and carrots since i was a kid. Love that I can just throw this in the Microwave for 3-4 minutes to add to any of my meals from soup (Rama noodles) to fresh salads to my fav. Amish macaroni salad for color and health. lets not forget Rice w parmesan cheese added. YUM.

Love convenient frozen veggies

These frozen veggies come very much in handy when needing to add for a side dish, to quickly mix into a Ramen soup to make it healthier, or for just trying to get more vegetables in your diet. I'm sure others, like myself, who are on a fixed income love the affordable price and hope that they don't try to hike it up for such a small but convenient bag of much needed nutrients for any age.
