Is easy to use, set and forget.

This canner is automatic, very easy to use. Set it to processing time, it heats up, starts the process, shuts off, without you having to watch it. Very convenient and safe. The bottom does not get hot, so you can use it on the counter without any worries, and after everything is done, there is a spout to drain the water. It will hold 7 quarts, 10 pints, or 12 half pints. This is so much easier to use than heating water up on the stove, or in our case using a propane cooker and enamel canning pot.
