[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried Pilot's Precise Pen,V10 RT in Bold Blue. Excellent quality pens that can rival high-end ones in performance, anyday. You need to rub off the bit of wax protecting the tip of the pen to start using it. These liquid ink retractable ballpoint pens write very smoothly, no skipping, with a rich dark color. Bold Blue is true to its name. A deep midnight blue color, conservative and not bright. The performance of the pens remind me of expensive fountain pens, the ones that are refillable with bottle or cartridge ink. The way the ink flows out make writing effortless. The ink also dries fast, no smudging, on paper. The V10 is at 1.0mm, a nice thickness for signatures and writing, not too fine or too thick, but bold enough to be visible. The bottom one third of the pen has a rubbery or silicone surface for better grip . I'm not sure if it's refillable because it feels securely intact, can't find where to open from. For the affordable price at 1 dozen, a refill may not be economical or easy to do. Overall, Highly recommended.
