Hyper Tough 30-inch Wooden Moving Dolly, 660-lb Capacity, Dollies, 4 Caster Wheels

STURDY and HEAVY-DUTY are the best two adjectives for this Hyper Tough furniture dolly. The casters are large and well-made and the carpet is clean and firmly attached. After reading other reviews about the nuts on the bottom being slightly loose, I tightened ‘em up before using the dolly. I was kinda surprised that the nuts were not completely tight. Using a 3/8” socket on a 1/4" socket wrench, I removed each nut and applied a dot of BLUE Loctite to the threads on each bolt. I then reattached the nuts and snugged them down tight – there are no washers present although the bolts are long enough to support ‘em. I’m certain that an appropriately-sized lock washer would have provided the same result as liquid thread locker. I was suspicious of how stout the small bolts were so I did NOT use power tools to remove & reattach the nuts – I did not want to snap one of the bolts from over-torquing it. Hand-tightening with a ¼” socket wrench is all you need. This task took me about 10 minutes total, but those lil’ nuts will now never come off. Overall, I highly recommend this furniture dolly and may even purchase a second one as a spare!
