I used to give my daughter hiya vitamins because they were always promoted as super healthy. However she hated the chalkiness and never ate them so it was basically pointless. At the time she was 3 and a picky eater so I started giving her the paw patrol gummy vitamins because I was desperate for her to have some nutritional support. But they always seemed to get stuck in her teeth. Then I found these gummy worm vitamins and she absolutely loved these from the beginning. That was 2 years ago and we've bought these regularly ever since. Both my daughters look forward to having these at the end of the night %26 I feel a lot better that these aren't too unhealthy compared to other options out there. They do come coated in sugar but whatever you have to pick your battles and these do give them a lot of vitamins that they might be missing out on in their picky diets. We get both sizes whenever the bigger one is available because we go through them so much.
