Melt Organic Plant Based Salted Butter, 30 Pound -- 1 each.

This may be obvious to others, but I was surprised when I opened up the box and found one 30lb brick of butter and not individual sticks of butter! My misunderstanding. So I cut the butter up into giant chunks and put them into gallon sized freezer bags. This is my FAVORITE allergen free butter, but it's hard to find in store. I love that it's organic, cold pressed, and dairy free. Most dairy free butters are so nasty - ingredient wise. Anyway, I'm excited for the opportunity to buy in bulk - even if I have to package it differently at home. The item was packed nicely in a Styrofoam cooler and some gel ice packs. One of the gel packs exploded in the cooler, but it didn't impact the quality of the product.
