I purchased Bob's egg substitute to make cupcakes for my dairy dairy allergic grandson. He's able to eat cake. He's able to have cupcakes with his cousins. He's able to eat pie. He's able to eat almost anything with the balls egg substitute. It really is a great product and if ever you find that, there's a child that has an allergy to dairy. This product is the best for helping with making items that they can eat. My grandson has had no problems for the last 4 1/2 years that I've been using this product the price of the product is about the same maybe a little tiny bit higher but once upon a time you used to get two pouches instead of one so that you have two for the price of one and you save so much money anyway it's a good product
