Expensive and damaged (unsafe to eat)

This is my 2nd time ordering these and I was completely disappointed. The box arrived like it was chewed by rats and the bags inside it were deflated with holes in them (and I can smell the chili powder before even opening the box). Absolutely unsafe to eat. I was pretty disgusted and disappointed because I was looking forward to these (my first order tasted great, even though they're very expensive). It also took them several days before they even shipped it this time.
