Bob's Red Mill Pancake Protein Powder, 15g Protein, 14 oz

Great pancake mix, high in protein, all natural raw materials/ingredients, sourced, processed and packaged in the USA at Bob's Red Mill in Oregon (for those North Americans concerned about country of origin, as well as JOBS and, yes, it's employee owned...even better!). We do dress it up a bit at times with pure, natural Vanilla as well as PB2 powdered peanut butter for an additional protein boost for those longer stretches between meals (breakfast to dinner, with no lunch). Fyi, we use 4 servings (180g or 1-1/3 cups) vs. Red Mill's suggested (suggestion only, for general reference purposes) 3 servings (135g or 1 cup), with PB2 peanut butter, raising the total protein to 65-70g, again, for those longer stretches between meals. That actually keeps us satisfied (feeling "full") for those long days, requiring only a light meal at the end of the day. Order your items far ahead of time when ordering from Swanson. If this feedback were regarding Swanson alone, the rating would've been 2-3 stars. Swanson is extremely slow with its shipping, no matter what product, when compared to most to other competitors' shipping time frames, for healthful products. Summary: if you're looking for a healthful, tasteful meal (breakfast, lunch OR dinner) we're not one bit hesitant to highly recommend Bob's Red Mill Protein Pancake & Waffle mix. We order 10 bags (14 oz each) at a time to ensure adequate supply.
