PERFECT for PEOPLE with PD-- toxic to dogs

This gum is highly recommended for people who have Parkinson's Disease, one reason being that people with PD often have dry mouth and chewing gum helps promote saliva which is good. (Sorry if I am grossing you out). I LOVE THIS GUM, HOWEVER, my whole family now likes it too and it is becoming too expensive for US ALL to enjoy... I know, I know, my problem is a 'family" one, not a GUM one. THE GUM IS GREAT. REALLY, REALLY. ****SERIOUSLY THOUGH**** PLEASE be aware that this gum contains XYLITOL which is toxic to dogs!!

It helps immediately once you start chewing. My illness and need create dryness and dehydration so this helps a lot. Just like with any gum, the flavor goes away, but not too quickly. If your mouth is so dry and need immediate relief, this does help. I keep them at home, in my pocketbook and vehicle.
