Who's in charge of marketing??

This may be a very nice cinnamon, but I'll never know. I needed a pound of cinnamon and these 6 ounce jars showed up in my search for $3.33ea. I would normally just order a pound of organic from Frontier ($12 ), but when I saw these I thought I would give it a try. They were not listed as organic, but I needed the cinnamon for scent, and the price was lower for 18 ounces (3x6oz) than for my go-to 16oz bulk bag of organic. Four days after ordering, I received the very well packaged cinnamon, but it was obvious from the size that something was wrong. Opened the bag to find 3- 1.75oz bottles in a bubble wrap inner bag. Frustrated, I pulled up the product page, and then saw that they also have a smaller size listed, for a higher price than the 6 ounce listing. This sort of error upsets me for several reasons; whether it is just a stupid oversight, to get the prices and product sizes wrong, or a deliberate deception (in hopes that people will just not bother with returning), it wastes resources. My time, your time, fuel to deliver this separately, and I am turned off to the product, not for its quality, but for this experience. It's going back, and I'm getting that pound of organic from Frontier… delivered next day. Sometimes you've just got to go with what you know works, but I do try to give smaller companies a chance to compete. You've got to do better.
