Add 2 scoops to 8 ounces of water, milk or coffee and mix until smooth. For best taste, consume within 15 minutes of blending§. Love this!!
This is such a delicious, filling shake! My favorite and only way to prepare it is 8 oz water, 5 or 6 ice cubes, 2 scoops of vanilla low carb protein powder, 1/2 banana and exactly 4 raspberries blended in my blender. Recently I've been adding one scoop of collagen powder and it's even more creamy. You can't possibly be disappointed! Really! Go! Now! Order a bag!

I love this Protein Powder!
I am pre-diabetic, and this is the only protein powder that I have found that has no added sugar and is gluten free. It helps me maintain my blood sugar levels without medication while still trying to lose some weight. With Walmart it does not have a crazy price. So, it meets all my needs and I like the taste and how it blends with the vegetables I need to eat!

Best protein for me!
I've been a long time user of BioTRUST products and they work! This protein is still the cleanest, best tasting protein I can find. It's become my standard lunch. Fills me up with plenty of energy to fuel my afternoon... Oh and an added bonus, it also takes away cravings for sweets!
