This pot is sturdy %26 well worth it. It's easy to clean, Once all contents are removed, you can boil water in it and wipe clean with a paper towel. I use it every chance I get from boiling, sauteeing, %26 frying. Just make sure your oil is hot because the pot heats faster than the grease when frying. Only con is its a little heavy, so be careful %26 use two hands if you have pain or weakness in arms, shoulder, or hands.

I should have gone all stainless steel a long time ago and ditched all the Teflon non-stick crap...this is HIGH Quality durable and just plain looks good
