Instructions
INSTRUCTIONS:1. Add soil contents to planter2. Add enough warm (not hot) water to fully moisten the soil (about 5 or 6 ounces)3. After water absorbs, stir soil and allow to sit for about 10 minutes4. Fluff soil and remove about 2-3 tbsp. soil and set aside5. Sprinkle seeds evenly over soil6. Cover seeds with 1/8” soil and gently press soil over seeds7. Place planter in a warm, semi dark area (just away from direct light, not in complete darkness as it may cause mold)NOTE: For faster results cover planter loosely with plastic wrap just until first sprouts appear (no longer than 1 -2 days)8. After sprouts appear or no more than two days, remove plastic wrap and move to a sunny location9. Keep soil moist until grass reaches 3”. Check moisture daily. Once established: do not over water.10. In about 4-7 days, once grass reaches about 4-5” it is ready to feed to your pet.Grass naturally withers in a few weeks.

i adopt the unadoptable: each gets one
i live in Western NY and i rescue cats that can't be placed. i have two brothers with me now and every cat that lives with me gets this kit. This goes back more then 10 years. i love how the little puck of soil expands: crazy fun. The mug is perfect depth and hole is perfect width, so the anxiety cats can't dig the grass out and can't destroy the grass by pulling it out. PURRFECT The seeds are huge heritage seeds and they always germinate quickly and the grass is rich and irresponsible to cats. One of the cats i have now gobbles food because he was abused and his brother only eats when hand fed and both vomit if they eat to quickly or too much. This kit gives them something to chew on like we use stress balls. The grass also helps their bellies not porduce the bloat of they do gobble/swallow food to fast. it's a joy to make a new batch of grass from the grass pucks and i always smile when i see the massive log that little puck becomes. i HIGHLY RECOMMEND GIVING CATS GRASS AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU BUY THIS KIT! It's a cute mug that can be used many ways. Sad... when one of our cats dies, we break the mug and bury it with them. If you cremate the ashes fit perfectly. All of our 14 cats have had one of these and when we had multiple cats at one time, you need one for each cat because they will devour the one too quickly that they have you wait for the new grass to mature. Doesn't take much effort to grow a clean crop of grass for your inside kitty. Everything is included in this one small kit. Don't have to buy separate soil or seeds, either. If your cat , or in my case, kitten is eating anything that halfway resembles grass, this is for you. Love the fact that there are refills also.
