My wife bought this bread and I'm not a huge fan of sourdough, but it was so good. The flavors were amazing and when fresh baked, it was crispy and flaky like you would want from a sourdough. We used it for all kinds of things like sandwiches, dipped it in soup, and my son just ate it fresh.
