First of all, people need to learn how to leave reviews on the product; not store personnel. I bought this yesterday, 11/16/22. I’ve used it 2x; made pizza rolls last night and waffles this morning. with NO ISSUES. No smoking, no oil dripping outside the drip pan, no air ventilation issues, no doors closing on my hand - these are likely user errors. If you do not take care in the products, they will not work correctly. So far, I am a little disappointed that this one has to pre heat but that did not take long at all to do; maybe 2-3 min. Then the food cooked and came out great! This unit is very versatile and I use it instead of my stove (takes to long to heat up). I suggest wrapping the pan in foil to keep it from getting ruined quickly (I learned this from the last unit I had).

There is absolutely nothing I don’t like about this oven. I love the side bar for controls as when you change any of the settings, after it’s been on for a while, and maybe want to open the door, your hands are safe. The oven heats up quickly and the surfaces are not crazy hot. The choices on the controls are amazing and easy to use. It’s big enough to bake a pie and yet it’s foot print is quite small. My only regret is that I did not buy 2 of them before they went out of stock. Oh and the price was the amazing. I first saw the oven on Good Morning America as a early bird Black Friday special and I jumped on it immediately! If they come back in stock, let me know!
