Once out of the brand new package it was easy. The instructions are in several languages and simple to follow. Set up time was fast. So fast that when I plugged in the built in air pump and turned it on, the bed was fully inflated before I could make my snack. It slept well, comfortable, plus it stayed inflated. it blew up just fine and then it deflated halfway through the night there's not even 100 lb on it this is a disabled person we bought a warranty and it isn't showing the warranty now but we paid extra for it. we shouldn't have to keep returning it and getting another one this person is handicapped I would like for it to just be right the first time. I would like a full refund for all of my money and I would also like another one
