Unsealed concrete

Bought several Jordan almonds for my wedding. Came unsealed and hard as a rock. Not hard like a normal Jordan almond. So hard that no matter how long you kept it in your mouth you could not bite through it. Contacted company and they told me they're supposed to be hard. Told them All of the freshness seals were unattached. Told me factory has an issue sealing the jars but they're working on it. Told me it should not matter because there's a lid on there. Refused refund. Refused exchange. Don't appreciate smart aleck responses. Just wanted some good candy for my wedding DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT
