This epson salt smells so good. When I am sick or not .It is safe for babies so I know it is good for me. What woman does not like to soak after a long hard day. This brand has a mixture of essential oils, lavender, fir needle, tea tree, eucalyptus and orange. It is so relaxing.

This is a great option for vapor bath when the kids are sick. You do have to use quite a bit so the bag doesn't last very long. However, it provides really great vapors to help clear stuffy noses and calm coughs: just be aware that if you're child has sensitive skin this might feel a bit irritating to them.
