While at times I use off brands for items for Advil, tylenol and motrin I only use brand names as I have seen differences with some non-brand name products not offering the same relief as brand name. Some non-brand name products are close to the brand name but if I want to make sure I am getting the full relief I just stick to the brand name. Walmart has very reasonable prices for the brand names.
