Having a fever is GOOD
Good for EMERGENCIES only, like 104-105 fever. But still not happy with the potential side effects neurologically.

Red dye 40
I cannot believe they'd put red 40 in an infant product like this. It's not safe for anyone and is KNOWN to cause a hyperactive reaction. It's specifically avoided by parents with children who have adhd and other similar challenges. I wish I'd read the ingredients, that's my own fault, but it's made for babies! So when I gave it to my 9 month old last night (she has shots yesterday) she went NUTS. It was scary, she was unable to stop moving around. It was like her normal play but on crack and x10. She was so tired, but I couldn't get her to settle down. She normally goes to bed around 8:30, she was up until 10:00, totally unable to settle down. I've given her this Tylenol a couple of times before and did notice that she had a hard time settling down but last night was scary. It was as if she were driven by a motor, she wasn't in the driver seat. Her body was just going without her having much to do with it it seemed. I'm throwing this out now and NEVER giving it to my children again. Motrin is dye free. WHY would Tylenol not be too??

Trusted for fever reduction

Always trusted Tylenol for my children and grandchildren, to bring fever down. It always worked. Made a point to never give out in case of fever during night time. So glad it is back.

Works great

This medicine works wonders for our household when we have sick or teething kids. My 17 month old daughter actually likes the grape flavor and will take this willingly most of the time. It seems to work quickly and efficiently for her and always helps her become in a better mood since she isn't dealing with pain. I would definitely buy this for your baby or toddler versus the other leading brands which have a horrible cherry flavor. (My daughter hated those!)

Sick kiddo

I have always reached for children's Tylenol for my children. Whether it be a fever or teething- it's my go to to get my kids up and running again. All the flavors they have to offer are liked by my kids and I don't have to force them to take it. Overall a great product. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Works well for my baby's fever! My daughter has been suffering from fever for days, and we gave her this as what her doctor prescribe. We also give this to her before and after her vaccine. She likes it and unlike other brands, she doesn't spit it after we give it to her!
