THIS product is good - having delivery problems

This was on my very first Jet.com order. The order was for this labeling tape cartridge, for a different color and for a laptop battery. As far as I know, this particular cartridge is good & I'd recommend. Shortly after placing the order I rec'd notice this particular cartridge was cancelled. No reason given. I really wanted this color so I'd match other labels I'd created. The next cartridge came today. It looks fine but I've not tried this cartridge yet. Shipping was fast for this item. The laptop battery ... the website said it would either ship or be here w/in 2 days. Even with a holiday tossed in, this is not true. I just checked and the laptop battery has not even shipped yet. There is a tracking code assigned...but no label has even been made per FedEx website. I kind of needed this battery and one of the reasons I chose Jet.com.

Look good and print easily

These labels are excellent. Some reviews complain about the tape not coming out of the cartridge properly, but that is super easy to fix; just pop the case open and feed the end into the track. This happens all the time when I store the labels in a drawer. The label prints nicely and sticks well. The folks who complain probably can't figure out how to use Q-tips.

Good quality labels

I used this printer and all the labels for over a year now and they work perfectly, the labels are of good quality. I see a lot of bad review and really think that it may have just been a bad batch sent out to some customers as I never had an issue even once.
