Definite quality. I've had a fancy cup of matcha before and I know that this is good stuff. If you haven't had it before then it tastes like a very strong tea, but green. It mixes in well. I only used a metal whisk, and this did a good job, but I'm certain a bamboo whisk would turn it into perfection. I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review.
