Works for me. Diabetic - don't like to eat full meals - this is my breakfast and sometimes my dinner. It levels my blood sugar on both ends of the day! I went to the Plus (red label) because it's not as chocolate rich as the regular. (No red label) It's really the only flavor I like.

The equate protein shakes are awesome. The only problem is my Walmart never has enough in stock either sell out before I get them or I have to order them online and having them ships always a problem because the boxes break open maybe spend a little bit more money on the cardboard box they're being shipped in.

I purchase these shakes for my 86 y/o mother, she loves them. When she doesn't eat, she will drink a shake. These shakes fulfills a nutritional intake for her. I have recently introduced the vanilla and strawberry flavors to her, she loves those flavors as well. Her only complaint is the shake's thickness but I thin it a bit with milk and she's happy again. The price is very economical. I will continue to purchase this product, this brand.
