I have a need for the extra nutritional value that can be gained easily and conveniently using this producr. The reason i purchase the Equate brand is due tio the eco omical value and if you compare apples to apples this brand actualky meets my current needs better than the brand name products. Better than name brands!

I use these shakes a lot as a meal replacement. With various health issues, sometimes making an actual meal isn't something I can do. But these shakes give me the energy and nutrients I need to keep going so I can recover. They taste great, keep feelings of hunger at bay, and are a much better bargain than the more well-known brands. They also taste better than the name brands, in my opinion, at least.

Out of all the brands I have tried this one is honestly the best for the price point and as someone who forgets to grab food and has to wait these are easy to throw in a bag with me. Definitely better cold (not over ice) but not the worst thing to drink warm if need be.
