Great Weight Loss Product

This box has 5 days of Nutrisystem food, that is prepackaged no refrigeration required. Food quality is very good. If you don't like tomatoes, this is the box for you. Only one dinner is tomato laden, so I just throw it away each week. This is basically a calorie reduction plan with 4-5 meals/snacks/day. You have to provide two veggies/salads for lunch and dinner each. It's around 850 calories/day, but with the 5 meals, hunger isn't that big of an issue.

Simple 5 Day Weight Loss program

We have been using the Nutrisystem 5 Day Weight Loss kit for a few weeks and we Love It. The 5 day kit comes with a variety of items for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Snacks that help with portion control and daily nutrition. We prefer that the Weight Loss Kit be shipped in the Nutrisystem box; instead of the plain cardboard box that the last 2 kits have arrived in. The Nutrisystem box has a list of meal items unlike the plain box. This plain box makes it difficult to know if all Meal items per the 5 day plan were shipped. Our last order was Missing a Dinner meal and a Snack out of both boxes. Wal-Mart did give us a Full Refund for the purchase. All in all. this Meal plan kit is a Good Start to Weight Loss and a Better Diet.
