After trying most of the more expensive major and online brands I chose Bountiful Beets instead of chews and capsules because I can mix it in a bottled water to make an amazing refreshing low or no cal cal drink. Plus I can mix bland fiber and protein powders with it to make a tasty drink. Anything chocolate, orange. apple, grape, vanilla goes with it. Plus using a chilled bottle of water means NO Clean up! Just have a small flex funnel...
