Great Way to Get Vitamins In

My two sons have enjoyed Carnation Breakfast Essentials for at least 15 years. I've recently started drinking one a day and they're pretty great. I do wish they had a little less sugar but I prefer it over artificial sweetener. I cannot stand the aftertaste of artificial sweetener. They're not gritty at all either. Perfectly smooth like chocolate milk.

Midday snack. minerals, vitamins. but I would suggest finishing the whole container and not leaving it out at room temperature.Because the temperature doesn't keep after you open it.You'll have to refrigerate it. i like these containers better than mixing the powder.Of course i'm lazy..
