solid stand for the price, this style is cheaper because it has no mechanical advantage for rotating your block, this style you have to strong arm. im 5'11 180lbs and fit and I had to put my weight into roatating an assembled 350( i dont mind it personally ) but some that are smaller or with limiting factors may want to opt for the geared crank style. -TwistedMetal
