Disappointed in condition of this chocolate

This has long been my favorite chocolate bar, so I was excited to order a twelve pack via WalMart.com for a reasonable price. Unfortunately, the pack I received from the seller was brittle, stale, and tasteless. Though the expiration date had not yet passed, it was very close. I suspect the chocolate was not stored properly before it was shipped. I'm quite disappointed and will not be ordering Alter Eco chocolate from this vendor in the future.
