Break Open Yet Easy

Definitely refried beans. I think the cheese is very mixed in with the beans, because you cannot actually see any cheese. My kids and husband like these, personally I'm not a fan. For me, I can feel either a fat or an oil residue in my mouth after eating. Not something I normally experience with bean burritos. They're easy because you can microwave them, but they will break open when cooked thoroughly. I prefer to bake them - they break open then as well.
