The liquid biotin is amazing. I am over 80, and before using this product, my hair was thinning, and not growing fast. Now my hair is growing so fast that even my chin hairs are becoming a problem. I never had to shave my chin before, bit I do now. I've used the 12,500MCG liquid for about two months and my hair is about 2 inches longer, and thicker. I will continue using this, even though I need to shave my chin!
