Strong Seal

I had one of these containers for about 20 years. Somehow it got destroyed by a dog. This one is exactly the same as my old one. I my store dry cat food in it. It seals out ants and moisture. The seal was still perfect in my old one so I know this will last too.

This is a great cereal container. It's quite large (1.5 gallons) so it should hold even a large box of cereal. The hand grip area makes it easy to hold and pour and the top opening is a good size and seals well. I like this one as opposed to the one with the recessed opening that sits lower than the lip. With that one I can see cereal or other foods getting trapped around the opening and having to constantly clean it. All in all this is a pretty nice container. I bought two for my grandkids cereals. It makes life easier than opening the boxes and making sure they're closed up properly to keep them fresh.
