Meyenberg Whole Powdered Goat Milk, Plain, 12 oz (340g)

Excellent product! I use this to make my own clean 3 ingredient hamburger buns. 3 pasture raised eggs blended with a electric mixer, 1tbsp baking powder, then add 2 cups goat milk powder and mix with mixer. Or you can do 1 1/2 cup goat milk powder and 1/2 cup unflavored collagen powder. I'm on keto and ideally I would use heavy cream powder but it takes a while to get here and you have to order online. I recommend the judees heavy cream powder for a completely low no carb version. Sane recipe but use 1 1/2 cups heavy cream powder no collagen. Recipe makes 4 regular size buns. I use the buns for egg sandwich's or hamburgers/ turkey burgers. I top with my homemade Big Mac sauce. Base is chosen food mayonnaise made from avocado oil and sugar free ketchup then 2 tbsps relish, little mustard, onion powder and paprika. Tastes just like it! Taste is excellent!

I wanted a dehydrated milk and to find this full-fat milk was perfect. I use it in my coffee, Earl Grey tea, and my hot chocolate. I usually just add the powdered milk directly into my drinks. It's just creamy goodness and doesn't change the taste of any of my drinks. Also because it's goat milk, my stomach likes it way better than cow's milk. I cook with it too. I always have milk in hand now.
