Awesome customer service! When we received the unit the gasket kept leaking so I contacted customer service and received a reply that same day and by the end of the next day a new gasket was on its way. I was amazed and very pleased! We bought this unit because of the reasonable price but was a little concerned about the size of the chamber. I ended up making cardboard model of the chamber to check how it would work with the one pound burger (the picture shows a 2.5 pound bag). It turned out to be plenty big especially with the suggested sized bags. It even held our bags with 2 boneless rabbits (5 lbs in the picture). For us, the chamber size is perfect. Also, we were able to use the food saver canning jar kit from our previous non chamber sealer. We did have to sand, with a fine grit sand paper, the machine side of the food saver hose to make it work. We chose the usv20 instead of the usv32 because it had the vacuum port and we are glad we did.
