I have been unable to find a replacement hepa filter for future use. I have looked in your store and one your websight. I cannot understand why you would not provide a way to for your customers. I have also looked at Amazon and other places and sine there is not a way to know the part %23 or size I have ended up with some that are of no use to me. I'm sorry I don't understand. Customer service is not a thing that you seem not concerned about.
