Bike is great…. shipping not so much

The bike is very nice for the price Rides, brakes,shifts smooth right out of the box. Only minor adjustments needed. But I'm already looking at what I can upgrade but that's just me. Shipping on the other hand was not so great. Delays after delays. Changed delivery date 3 times basically the day it was supposed to be delivered. Just to have it arrive box ripped and frame scratched
