Best protein shakes I've had I'm diabetic there is only 5g's total carbs and sugar I drink most of the time one for breakfast and one for lunch has 30g off protein I'm very satisfied and not hungry when I drink one and I never get hungry so these help alot from my sugar getting to low and since I've been drinking these protein shakes my bad cholesterol has went down and I've lost a few pounds also I love them I could drink them all day and every day they are the best and I've tried all of them that's out there.

I have use the name brands for years! Trying to drink some of those products were challenging due to taste. Strawberry Banana is delicious. I usually get vanilla but wow the favor!
