Seller listed as New but it is Refurbish product

Do Not Buy from Refreshed Tech. I ordered this from a seller called " Refreshed Tech" and it stated it is NEW and the model number is CP311-2H-C679. However, here are the issue I have. 1) Item stated it is New in Walmart website but it is in good Refurbished condition. (Few scratch and with third party generic charger (not Acer OEM charger) and a Refurbished model sticker. 2) The model is not CP311-2H-C679, the model I received is R752T (NX.A94AA.001) 3) The model showed in Walmart website is Silver and the one I received is Black. 4) The battery life / Health is only 71% because I believed it is used. 5) The Touch Pad Did Not Work at all. I try to keep it because according to internet, R752T may be similar / slightly better chromebook model than CP311-2H but since the Touch Pad did not work, I need to return it. The complaint I have is I wasted a lot of time to wait for it to arrive, test it, return it and not getting my refund back for more than 2 weeks. All the above issue I have can be avoided if Seller pay more attention to what they are selling. However, the return is smooth and Walmart Customer Service was very helpful and professional.

Verified Purchase

The selection I made when purchasing was "New", not Refurbished or Like-New -- NEW. I received a refurbished Chromebook with "DeKalb County School District" laser engraved on the top. This is for a High School student who now carries a Chromebook with a different school district engraved in the kids. No where, anywhere, in the description does it mention that this is a refurbished item. I now notice the Seller's name but that wasn't evident when completing the purchase. I feel ripped off!
