Stubborn dried rubber behind the rear wheel well!

The R3 by Mother's promised to remove rubber. The rubber material that I wanted to remove from the rear corner panels behind the wheel well was very stubborn and R3 removed a portion of the rubber however, there was a significant amount that was resistance to the R3 formula. I did not apply the R3 immediately after the rubber was discovered. Which may have helped. I had to order R3 online and it took 3 days for it to arrive allowing the rubber to set up and dry completely. I'm still looking for a product that can remove the remainder of the dried on rubber particles.
