So, I usually like to get a probiotic for the mood. I have been taking this particular kind of a few months. I ran out two weeks ago and I did not think it was important enough to replace. They are kind of expensive to me. But it seemed like I was not smelling as fresh down there. Once I ordered them again in a few days I was back to normal. There was another brand that I used that seemed to almost give me a yeast infection or something. These are really good, and the mood change is obvious.
