Low carb or not, I will eat these flavors before any of the brand name Chex mixes"¦love the spicy flavor the best. If you like pecans - this mix is for you!

I didn't realize this mix had so many pecans in it until I tried it. I essentially have an allergy to walnuts, pecans and nut similar. I kept thinking the blend tastes really good if I didn't have to take 2 to 3 nuts out of it before I eat every handful! So kudos to the mixer - bad for me. I'll keep trying the mixes - I'm sure there is one in there that will work! Great packaging and enjoyed all the other bits in the bag besides the nuts.
