I paid $1700.00 for a surround sound system and everything was shipped except the subwoofer which won't be surround sound without it. I'm a good customer spend alot of money at Walmart and online. Every time I have ever had a problem walmart took care of it. But this time it's been and ordeal. It's not like I'm lying to get something free I PAID FOR IT SO I WANT MY MISSING PART WHATS SO HARD ABOUT THAT. So my sound system is still in boxes waiting on Clover Hill to respond back and if they don't take care of it I'm returning everything and ordering from Amazon from now on
