Excellent Leakage Protection
Good fitting with the bulk of the absorption up front where it's needed most. Other models are uncomfortable when sitting down. I take medication that causes incontinence especially while sleeping so these briefs ensure that bedsheets remain unaffected. The only thing about the absorption being mostly in the groin has elicited a few stares from some women but I don't let that concern me as these briefs are the best I've tried so far and that's all that matters.
