Can't get ahold of anyone to return

I have emailed twice with no response. The phone number is not working and I don't know if it's because in in the USA. The website says there is a chat function but I can't access it on my phone. And I tried downloading the WhatsApp and for some reason it won't register. I just need someone to contact me please!
