This product is simply amazing . Better than all those fancy imported French and Italian cheeses at a fraction of the cost . I serve it to my guests on soda crackers for a real gourmet experience . Sometimes I use Ritz crackers when I'm feeling especially bougie . So many other uses too . Not sure why so many chefs don't use this in their restaurants. It's a gorgeous cheese product!
