I purchased the 12" pan several months ago and from the moment I used it I won't use anything else.so many things can be cooked and boiled in the pan. but I needed 1 just bit smaller. it arrived today and I'm in love all over again. I expected more from a T-fal product. I have used T-fal in the past and I was very pleased with it. This time I was looking for a small non-stick skillet to cook eggs in. This is an 8-inch skillet so the size is right for a couple of eggs. The skillet is attractive and appears to be of good quality. My only complaint is that the non-stick finish doesn't work well. Even though I cook the eggs with olive oil, they always stick. Whether they are fried or scrambled, they seem to stick. This is especially disappointing when you are trying to cook a nice fried egg.
